Description and Requirements
Executive Support Operations
Responsible for pro-active complex calendar management / gatekeeper coordinating internal/external meetings
Drive executive staff meetings
Create, update, and format PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials as needed
Assist with creation of agenda and track action items with follow up as needed
Execute and drive org specific projects with high attention to detail on event planning
Plan and coordinate logistics for leadership workshops, team events, and off-site meetings
Understanding of organizational structure and key stakeholders
High degree of initiative and ability to anticipate needs
Ability to make sound decisions with minimal direction
Ensure executive is on track to meet commitments
Travel Expense Management
Arrange complex, multi-leg international and domestic travel
Pro-active tracking of all flight and ground transportation
Maintain travel and expense budget
Complete understanding of company policies and tools
Educate executives on policy and new procedures (spend limits, city caps)
Prepare, submit, review, approve, and reconcile expense reports in accordance with company policies
Leadership, Confidentiality, Continuous Improvement
Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information
Assists extended team members with administrative duties as needed
Provide mentorship to executive administrative partners and admin assistants in support center

Qualifications
Associates Degree or combined 5+ years of experience supporting executives in a corporate environment
Intermediate technical skills a must (MS Office 365 Suite)
