Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, drafting correspondence, preparing meeting materials, and handling confidential information.
Coordinate with leadership, vendors, and partners, track deadlines, contracts, and compliance, and assist with grant timelines, events, and board logistics.
Support personal calendar, travel, brand management, speaking engagements, and projects to streamline workflows.
Provide strategic support by anticipating needs, prioritizing initiatives, and acting as a trusted organizational partner.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years supporting executives, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, with benefits and paid time off included.
