The Executive Assistant supports the CEO with daily administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence and reports, organizing meetings and events, maintaining filing systems, processing expenses, and handling office logistics such as supplies and vendor coordination.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 5 years supporting senior executives, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, confidentiality, and a valid driver’s license.
This role requires in-person presence in Southlake, TX, five days a week, with physical demands involving sitting, standing, and light lifting.
