This role provides executive-level support to the Director of Education and Evangelization and the Superintendent of Catholic Schools, assisting with administrative tasks within the Catholic education and evangelization departments.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials, and record minutes.
- Support budget, financial record-keeping, and process departmental funds.
- Assist with special projects, events, and departmental operations, ensuring alignment with Catholic values.
- Maintain confidentiality, organize records, and facilitate communication among diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Office tools, strong organizational skills, and experience supporting senior leadership are required.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of executive support experience, and active Catholic practice. The position involves office work, some travel, and physical tasks related to meetings and events.
