This full-time Executive Assistant (SES Support) position in Washington, DC supports SES leadership at SSP Headquarters, contingent on federal contract award.
Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, preparing reports and briefing materials, handling travel arrangements, maintaining records, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance.
Minimum qualifications are an associate's degree or equivalent, 6+ years of executive support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to obtain a SECRET clearance. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, experience with DoD/Navy leadership, and familiarity with related systems.
