We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead dining services in a senior living community.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, plan and prepare nutritious meals, and ensure compliance with healthcare and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support therapeutic diets and maintain high food quality.
- Manage staff, control costs, oversee inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen personnel, enforce recipes, and lead special dining events.
- Maintain a safe, organized kitchen environment and ensure adherence to regulations.
Qualifications include 2-5 years of culinary leadership, preferably in senior living or healthcare, culinary degree or equivalent, knowledge of therapeutic diets, strong leadership skills, and ServSafe certification. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs is required.
