Seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a cruise line to lead culinary operations onboard for the 2026 season.
Responsibilities include
- planning and executing regionally inspired menus with fresh ingredients,
- mentoring a galley team of 6-10,
- ensuring safety, sanitation, and food safety standards,
- overseeing inventory and waste reduction,
- adapting to last-minute changes,
- delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.
Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years in full-service hospitality roles,
- strong leadership and communication skills,
- ServSafe certification preferred,
- ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment onboard a moving vessel,
- pass pre-employment screening, TWIC, and physical requirements.
Work involves extended periods onboard, living in a mobile environment, and working up to 12 hours daily. Compensation includes a competitive rate, benefits, and all expenses covered during travel and work periods.
