Seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a cruise line to lead culinary operations onboard for the 2026 season.
Responsibilities include

  • planning and executing regionally inspired menus with fresh ingredients,
  • mentoring a galley team of 6-10,
  • ensuring safety, sanitation, and food safety standards,
  • overseeing inventory and waste reduction,
  • adapting to last-minute changes,
  • delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.

  • Qualifications:
  • 6-8+ years in full-service hospitality roles,
  • strong leadership and communication skills,
  • ServSafe certification preferred,
  • ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment onboard a moving vessel,
  • pass pre-employment screening, TWIC, and physical requirements.

  • Work involves extended periods onboard, living in a mobile environment, and working up to 12 hours daily. Compensation includes a competitive rate, benefits, and all expenses covered during travel and work periods.
