- Develops long-term research strategies, aligns clinical and research priorities, and expands trial portfolios.
- Manages research operations, including study start-up, enrollment, and close-out, while optimizing technology and tracking KPIs.
- Ensures regulatory compliance, negotiates agreements, and maintains audit readiness.
- Leads and develops a multidisciplinary research team, fostering collaboration, talent development, and operational excellence.
- Builds stakeholder relationships, supports program growth, and promotes innovation in trial design and access.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in clinical research, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.
