Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Health and Well-being, they manage services including accommodations, assistive technology, and Deaf/Hard of Hearing support, as well as programs like the Disability Cultural Center and Longhorn TIES.
Responsibilities include staff supervision, policy development, student case management, crisis intervention, compliance with legal standards, and representing the department on university and systemwide committees.
Qualifications include a master’s degree, 7+ years of relevant experience, expertise in disability law, and strong leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include a doctoral degree and experience in large higher education settings.
