Job Description:
We are seeking Unarmed Executive Protection Agents for client assignments in San Diego, CA. This role includes protective coverage during scheduled movements, client transitions, and static standby. Agents may operate solo or alongside residential or mobile teams and are expected to maintain discretion at all times. Depending on the assignment, agents may also be tasked with driving responsibilities if requested by the client.
Shift Information:
Schedules for Unarmed Executive Protection Agents will vary based on the specific assignment and client needs. Potential shifts may include:
- Day Shifts: Typically aligned with the client’s schedule or business hours, ranging from 8 to 12-hour shifts.
- Evening & Night Shifts: Coverage during late hours or overnight for clients requiring round-the-clock protection.
- On-Call/Reserve: You may be placed on an on-call roster for urgent security needs or last-minute assignments.
- Weekend and Holiday Work: Certain roles may require coverage during weekends, holidays, or high-traffic periods.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Unarmed Executive Protection Agent, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a visible and professional presence to ensure client safety.
- Implement strategic security plans for personal protection.
- Identify and respond to potential threats.
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide detailed security reports as required.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Unarmed Executive Protection Agent position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- 5+ years of military experience with an honorable discharge or similar executive protection role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to respond to incidents swiftly and perform protective duties for extended periods.
