Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top talent, building client relationships, advising on market trends, creating search strategies, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
Ideal candidates have 1+ years of recruiting experience with revenue generation or 5+ years in relationship-building roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for socially conscious practices. Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and project management is preferred.
Compensation includes a base salary ($60,000-$70,000), uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and remote work options.
