Key Responsibilities:

✔ Operate roller machines to compact asphalt, soil, and other materials.
✔ Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment is in top condition.
✔ Ensure smooth and even compaction for high-quality results.
✔ Follow all safety protocols and report progress to supervisors.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience operating roller machines.
Skills: Understanding of compaction techniques and equipment maintenance.
Work Environment: Ability to work in varying weather conditions while following safety procedures.
