In this role, you'll lead by example in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, perform pre-delivery inspections, mentor junior technicians, and ensure quality repairs.
Candidates should have 3+ years of RV service experience, relevant certifications (preferred), strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
