We are seeking an experienced screen print operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in operating both automatic and manual screen-printing equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate automatic and manual screen-printing presses for high-volume production.
- Set up and register screens, mix inks, and adjust colors according to specifications.
- Conduct test prints and ensure output meets quality standards.
- Maintain and clean equipment, screens, and work areas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues like misregistration or color inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with textile screen-printing equipment.
- Knowledge of various ink types (plastisol, water-based, discharge).
- Ability to set up, register, and print multi-color designs.
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
