What you'll do:
- Assist customers with the financing of their purchases while presenting them with all products and options that will maximize their experience
- Supervise the Sales Team to ensure and they are prospecting and networking on a daily basis to solicit new customers
- Must have a thorough knowledge and enforce the dealership’s sales process
- Expert at Guaranteed Credit Approval (CAC), AutoTrakk, and all other finance programs
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
- Review, manage, and update customer database as required for the Sales Team
- Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts
- Promote the success of the dealership and Sales Team
- Strictly adhere to and enforce dealership policies, processes, procedures, and core values
