Facilities Custodian/Maintenance (Full-Time)

The Facility Custodian is responsible for general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds, including cleaning and maintaining restrooms, break rooms, and outdoor areas.

• Restroom cleaning, stocking toiletries, and maintaining hygiene supplies.
• Proper disposal of cardboard and trash, including use of a cardboard baler.
• Maintaining clean floors through mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, or floor scrubbing.
• Dusting shelves and surfaces.
• Replacing light bulbs as needed.
• Potential lawn mowing, landscaping, and snow removal duties.
