Responsibilities include inspecting apartments, responding to after-hours needs, coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring safety compliance.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 4+ years of maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, and proficiency in work order management and basic computer skills.
