We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team! In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building and facility systems to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for all employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, compressors, chillers, boilers, plumbing, and basic electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and building infrastructure to reduce downtime. Complete facility work orders and provide support for minor construction and building improvement projects. Document all maintenance activities, repair history, and inspection results. General Facility Support Collect and dispose of litter, trash, and debris from facility grounds and interior areas. Assist with equipment setup, installation, and routine upkeep. Ensure facility safety and functionality standards are consistently upheld. Tools, Equipment & Safety Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and maintenance machinery. Follow all OSHA, company, and departmental safety protocols. Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team (fire prevention, hazardous waste, etc.). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Preferred Requirements Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Mechanical troubleshooting skills for facility equipment. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Familiarity with lubrication systems, mechanical drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel) and experience with CMMS/work order systems. Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics. Two-year vocational training or equivalent on‑the‑job experience preferred. Work Schedule * Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm
