The Facilities Service Manager - Electrical leads the onsite electrical maintenance team responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical power infrastructure.
Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager, they oversee technicians, build in-house maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Responsibilities include managing maintenance, troubleshooting, safety programs, vendor performance, and KPIs, as well as supporting incident response and operational readiness.
The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in electrical maintenance or critical facilities, with leadership experience, strong safety knowledge, and technical skills in power systems.
They must be able to work in a 24/7 environment, perform physical tasks, and support continuous uptime. The role is based onsite in Texas and offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.
