An opportunity is available for an experienced Facilities Support Services Coordinator to support operations at the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center, located at Naval Station Mayport. This role is ideal for a facilities professional with strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage maintenance and minor construction activities from start to finish.

Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) at Naval Station Mayport seeks an experienced Facilities Support Services Coordinator to oversee maintenance and minor construction across multiple buildings totaling over 240,000 sq. ft.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

• Manage all phases of facilities maintenance (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical)
• Develop scopes of work and cost estimates
• Coordinate repairs, testing, and logistics
• Lead discussions and collaborate with contractors and vendors
• Leverage Microsoft Office for planning and reporting

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ facilities, construction, or maintenance experience
• 2+ years managing all phases of facilities systems
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to produce detailed scopes and cost estimates
