Seeking a full-time Facilities Infrastructure Maintenance and Construction team member for nursery and greenhouse operations. Reporting to the Facilities coach, responsibilities include light construction, irrigation system maintenance and installation, pump repairs, and greenhouse control system upkeep. The ideal candidate has mechanical skills, experience or willingness to learn power tool use, and can lift up to 100 lbs. Must follow safety protocols, work indoors and outdoors, and be physically capable of standing all day. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented, project-focused mindset.
