We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our well-established legal firm. The ideal candidate must be passionate about family law, possess an exceptional work ethic, and have a deep commitment to client service. The candidate will handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and estate planning. This is a full-time permanent position and offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned attorney to further develop their career in family law.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Handle all aspects of family law cases from initial client consultation to final resolution.
2. Conduct thorough case research to determine the best course of action for each client.
3. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and other legal correspondences.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
5. Provide advice and counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations in family law matters.
6. Develop and implement effective case strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
7. Engage in the estate planning process, advising and assisting clients in the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law developments and trends.
9. Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
10. Ensure all legal services are provided in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted and in good standing with the state bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
4. Proven experience in handling child custody cases, drafting legal documents, and conducting negotiations.
5. Proficient in conducting legal research and drafting complex legal documents.
6. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve contentious issues diplomatically.
7. Experience in estate planning is a plus.
8. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
13. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
