Family Medicine Physician, North High Point

Wake Forest Health Network Family Medicine & Convenience Care - Premier seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join our learning organization, leading the way in accountable care and physician work/life balance.

SCHEDULE:

• Family Medicine Clinic Hours: M-F 8AM - 5PM  
• Convenience Care Clinic Hours: M-F 8AM - 7PM,  Sat-Sun 8AM - 12PM   
• Flexible scheduling options for the new physician, for example working 100% Family Medicine, or a blended position such as 40% convenience care, 60% family medicine
• Full-time physicians work 36 patient facing hours; sharing responsibility for supervising APPs in the Convenience Care Clinic
• Telephone only call, coving this clinic only, 1:7 with Triage Logic

HIGHLIGHTS: Premier Medical Plaza is a state-of-the-art facility in north High Point, a growing suburb near Greensboro.  The 128,000 square foot outpatient medical facility features primary care and specialty physician practices, imaging and laboratory services, an outpatient surgery suite and a classroom. 

The Premier Medical Plaza is a great location to practice family medicine, with specialists at your fingertips, and a Convenience Care Clinic offering same day appointments for your patients acute care needs.  There is a well-regarded pediatric practice in the Premier Medical Plaza; therefore, there are minimal pediatric patients in the Family Medicine clinic. There is potential for occupational medicine and workers compensation work at Premier Family Medicine, as this practice contracts with local industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:  MD/DO, BC/BE in Family Medicine, Successful record of clinical and service excellence, North Carolina medical license or eligible
