Salary: $127,900.00 - $159,900.00 full time annual salary.
Higher compensation may be available for a candidate with advanced skills directly related to the applied for role.

Family Nurse Practitioner:
Our Family Nurse Practitioners have a passion for working with the underserved in our community and practicing wide scope family medicine with a multi-disciplinary approach.
Job Duties:
- Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting
- Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments
- Empowering and advising a talented team of FNPs, Nurses, MAs, LVNs and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities
Experience and Skills
- Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certified.
- Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved
- 5 years FNP experience
