Fiber Optic Laser Machine Operator – North Charlotte (NOW HIRING!) Hire Dynamics is currently seeking several experienced Fiber Optic Laser Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing/fabrication facility in the North Charlotte area. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on machine operation, precision work, and stable, long term career paths.
What You'll Do:
- Set up laser equipment by preparing materials, adjusting settings, and assisting with changeovers
- Perform inspections including first-piece checks and in-process quality monitoring
- Complete production documentation such as control charts and quality logs
- Troubleshoot issues and make equipment adjustments as needed
- Support team operations by assisting coworkers and demonstrating procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following all policies and preventative maintenance guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to read technical drawings, routers, and production documentation
- Strong math and measurement skills using hand-held tools
- Experience operating Fiber Optic Laser Equipment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to learn
