Qualifications require 8-10 years of telecom experience, Avaya ACIS certifications, and the ability to obtain a security badge.
Skills include PBX troubleshooting, network maintenance, documentation, and adherence to ITIL processes.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, on-site as a dedicated field engineer.
