Field Service Technician

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Field Service Technician with a Heavy Equipment and Machinery company located in Phoenix, AZ.

Pay: $25–$30/hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Shop & Field Work with In-State Travel)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM
This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on automotive and diesel equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

• Conduct field service calls for equipment repairs and maintenance.

• Assist with shop duties, including parts replacement and equipment inspection.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience as an automotive or diesel mechanic.

• Experience with hydraulics and welding is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work both in the shop and on-site as needed.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

• Willingness to travel within Arizona for field service assignments.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
