Raymond Handling Solutions is looking for a quick Data Entry and File Clerk to join our Accounts Payable team! This position is responsible for data entry, filing, photocopying, sorting of documents and retrieving files from the filing cabinet.


Other duties may be assigned.

  • Data entry for AP posting of invoices on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Keep records filed or removed, using logbooks, or computers.
  • Add new materials to file records and create new records as necessary.
  • Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria, chronological, alphabetical or numerical order.
  • Year-end packing of files to be stored for record retention, including proper box labeling.
  • Creating and labeling new files, including annual Fiscal Year files.
  • Scanning files for electronic record keeping of accounting documents.
  • Quarterly maintenance to ensure records are not mis-filed.
  • Pulling, copying and batching of records for annual audits.
  • Assist with various ongoing projects as needed.
  • Should be comfortable working alone as well as under the assistance of a supervisor.


This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

High school diploma or equivalent. 


Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence. 


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Weekdays, (Monday through Friday) 40 hours maximum (variable as required).
