We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our dealership team.
- Present finance, insurance, and protection products clearly and compliantly
- Maximize PVR, product penetration, and backend gross while maintaining high CSI
- Structure deals with multiple lenders and ensure timely funding
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, proper documentation, and accurate deal completion
- Deliver a transparent, pressure-free customer experience and explain financing options effectively
- Collaborate with sales teams, lenders, and management, and maintain performance reports
- Require 2+ years of experience, strong product knowledge, compliance expertise, and excellent communication skills
- Preferred skills include digital signing tools and leadership potential
