Our firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Advisor - Partner to join our Accounting + Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their fiduciary, wealth management, tax planning, and high net worth knowledge to a diverse and high-profile client base. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance industry, with a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, providing strategic financial advice, and maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will be someone with an established book that is transferrable, Why make this move? More money, more service offerings, better for your clients, better for you, etc. Ideally looking for someone with AT LEAST $50 AUM +++

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to high net worth clients, including investment management, tax planning, estate planning, risk management, and retirement planning.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice to help them achieve these goals.
3. Act as a fiduciary, ensuring that all advice and actions are in the best interests of the client.
4. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and trends in the market that may affect clients' investment strategies.
5. Collaborate with other team members, including accountants and tax advisors, to ensure a holistic approach to client service.
6. Identify new business opportunities and work to grow the client base.
7. Prepare and present financial reports and investment strategies to clients and stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with all industry rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFP or CPA are highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management, with specific experience working with high net worth clients.
3. In-depth knowledge of financial planning, tax planning, estate planning, and investment management.
4. Proven ability to act as a fiduciary, with a strong commitment to ethical behavior and compliance with all financial regulations.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and provide clear, strategic advice.
7. Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of business development and client retention.
