You will be instrumental in implanting and optimizing our Workday Financials ERP, collaborating across the company to build a foundation for our future success.

Responsibilities / Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Workday implementation and ongoing administration.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and future-state processes are scalable, including public company readiness.
  • Adeptly transform accounting and finance processes into efficient system workflows, driving standardization and automation.
  • Configure and maintain the ERP’s entity structure, chart of accounts, security roles and controls compliance, business processes, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing, and coordinate with the financial ERP systems support team.
  • Lead optimization efforts including automation, custom reports, and integrations.
  • Support data governance, data quality, and reconciliations in partnership with accounting/FP&A teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of hands-on experience with Workday and/or Adaptive Planning, including system configuration, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting concepts.
  • Experience with ERP project lifecycles (design, build, test, deploy).
  • Analytical mindset with skills in report writing and business process analysis.
  • Effective communication and change management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred in-person; open to remote or Hybrid.
