First Shift Welder I

Seeking a skilled welder to operate arc and heliarc equipment under supervision for welding metal cabinets, frames, and parts.
Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, fabricating, repairing, inspecting welds, and ensuring safety compliance.
Tasks involve setting up welding jobs, checking equipment, handling tools, and disposing of hazardous waste properly.
Must meet quality and production standards, assist with fabrication tasks, and wear PPE consistently.
Qualifications:

• Ability to interpret drawings and measurements
• Knowledge of various welding techniques
• High school diploma or GED, 1-3 years related experience
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and work in extreme temperatures

Compensation ranges from $23-$26/hour. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and proper waste disposal practices.
