Seeking a Floating Store Manager to lead teams across multiple locations within the Macon, Georgia area, including Canton, Woodstock, Marietta, and Hiram.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales and profit goals through expense management, inventory control, and growth strategies.
Focusing on delivering high customer service standards, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining store appearance and merchandising.
Leading, training, and motivating staff to ensure high associate engagement.
Maintaining knowledge of local markets and operations-based selling.
Qualifications include 3+ years of retail experience, strong leadership and customer service skills, and familiarity with paint products preferred.
Must be able to work flexible hours, lift up to 80 pounds, and possess a valid driver’s license.
