Seeking an experienced Floor Technician to maintain clean, shiny floors in commercial or office spaces.
Responsibilities include adhering to safety protocols, operating cleaning equipment, performing floor and carpet maintenance, and supporting team tasks.
Must communicate professionally with customers and team members, follow procedures, and respond to supervision.
Qualifications include janitorial experience, floor care expertise, and a valid driver’s license.
Compensation ranges from $18.40 to $19.40 per hour, working Sunday-Thursday from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am.
Candidates should be able to work independently, use proper chemicals and equipment, and prioritize safety.
