Seeking an experienced Floor Technician to ensure commercial and office spaces are clean and presentable.
Responsibilities include adhering to safety protocols, operating cleaning equipment, maintaining floors (tile, carpet, brick), and supporting team tasks.
Effective communication with customers and team members is essential, along with professional conduct and appearance.
Must be able to work independently, follow procedures, and report hazards promptly.
Qualifications include janitorial experience, floor/carpet care skills, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation ranges from $19.00-$20.00/hour, working Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 pm - 3:30 am.
