Seeking an experienced Floor Technician to ensure commercial and office spaces are clean, safe, and professional-looking.
Responsibilities include adhering to safety policies, working collaboratively with team members, performing repetitive cleaning tasks, operating motorized equipment, and maintaining floors of various materials (tile, carpet, brick).
Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential for customer interactions and team coordination. The role involves supporting staff during shortages, completing assigned duties promptly, and using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
Qualifications include janitorial or floor care experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of cleaning techniques and machinery. The position offers a pay range of $17.90-$18.90 per hour, with shifts from Wednesday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
