Clear Creek Tahoe is currently seeking a leadership candidate for our open Food & Beverage Manager position.  The Food & Beverage Manager at Clear Creek Tahoe is responsible for directing the food & beverage service staff and overseeing the daily operation of the Clubhouse dining outlet and corresponding areas.  The Food & Beverage Manager acts as the face of the operations, tasked with ensuring the food & beverage department consistently exceeds the expectations of the Club’s membership and their guests while being fiscally responsible by managing labor costs, implementing inventory controls, hiring and training all service staff.  A full job description and responsibilities will be disclosed during the interview process.

Clear Creek Tahoe operates a private golf Club & residential development in the mountains just east of Lake Tahoe with multiple facilities including a new 18,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with restaurant/kitchen operations, locker/steam rooms, spa/fitness, guest cabin lodges, swim/tennis facilities, and an off-site lake/ski house on the shores of South Lake Tahoe.

Salary starts at $65,000 annually dependent upon experience with bonus potential earnings.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university with a focus in Business and/or Hospitality Management and/or equivalent experience in a related hospitality environment.
  • Five years of food & beverage experience, showing progressive responsibility in a golf club, resort, hotel, and/or similar service/hospitality environment.
  • Strong work ethic and proven ability to work within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to various situations/needs quickly.
  • Demonstrated strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an engaging personality.
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems.
