Delegate of Quality and Safety Leadership

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11AM - 7PM; with the possibility of weekend shifts.

Do you enjoy leading a team to excellence in quality control? As the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Lead, you will be at the helm of maintaining product standards and ensuring regulations are met with precision and dedication.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise quality testing of raw materials and finished goods to uphold product integrity.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with food safety standards.
• Organize and conduct employee training on quality procedures and new methods.
• Facilitate investigations into customer complaints, pushing towards root cause resolution.
• Monitor goal achievement in terms of quality metrics and compliance with industry standards.
• Support recall and corrective action initiatives effectively.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a high school diploma at minimum; higher education in related fields is advantageous.
• Experienced in quality assurance, equipped with HACCP, PCQI, and SQF certifications.
• Prowess in sanitation practices enhances candidacy.
