We are hiring a Forging Machine Operator (Ring Mill/Press/Heat Treat) for a facility in Rochester, NY, working 12-hour shifts from 5pm to 5am.

Key responsibilities include operating forging equipment, loading furnaces, performing heat treatments, following work instructions, programming and troubleshooting machinery, conducting inspections with precision tools, reading blueprints, ensuring quality standards, monitoring process variables, recording data, supporting maintenance, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with teams.

Qualifications required are a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, ability to interpret technical documents, proficiency with measuring instruments, mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Preferred qualifications include forging and heat-treating experience, familiarity with regulated quality systems, CNC/PLC equipment knowledge, and certifications.

Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and working in high-temperature, noisy environments, with shift work and overtime required.
