Seeking a Forklift Operator in Greencastle, PA for a long-term role working Fridays to Mondays from 7AM to 5:30PM.
Job duties include operating sit-down, stand-up, and electric pallet jacks to move pallets and materials within the distribution and logistics centers, supporting production, and loading/unloading trailers.
Responsibilities involve making efficient decisions for material movement, operating forklifts safely following procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. May also require manual pallet sorting.
Qualifications include good math and reading skills, basic computer knowledge, flexibility for overtime, and passing background/drug screens. Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
The work environment may involve extreme conditions, repetitive physical activity, and the use of PPE. Must have good coordination, vision, and ability to lift 50-75 lbs. when needed.
