Candidates must meet performance standards, demonstrate reliable attendance, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
The position is primarily physical (over 70%), with an hourly wage of $20-$25. Applicants should wear PPE and be able to work 8 hours daily, performing tasks involving repetitive arm and hand movements.
