Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in/check-out guests efficiently and warmly
- Manage reservations and ensure a smooth guest experience
- Follow cash handling and accounting procedures accurately
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area
- Assist with lobby cleanliness and guest security
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including long hours, weekends, and holidays
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
