We are seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Agent with hotel front desk experience to join our team. This full-time role requires excellent guest service skills, punctuality, and availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
- Greet and assist guests promptly and courteously.
- Check guests in/out efficiently using property management systems.
- Handle payments, reservations, and guest inquiries accurately.
- Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
- Coordinate with staff to fulfill guest requests.
- Follow safety procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Previous hotel front desk experience required; Hilton experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, customer service, and proficiency with hotel software.
- Reliable, professional, able to stand for extended periods.
