In this role, you will be a welcoming presence, providing a warm and professional first impression to all visitors. The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to, answering and directing phone calls, executing administrative tasks, and performing light housekeeping duties to keeplobby and arrangement rooms neat and organized, ensuring a seamless front office experience. Additionally, you will assist the Executive Assistant with
various special tasks and projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of multitasking within a fast-paced environment, and able to remain flexible and resourceful.
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $19.00-$21.00/hour.

This is a full-time position with a set 32-hour schedule and must be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdayand Friday from 8:30-5:00. This position is off on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
This is Temp to hire position.

Answers and routes telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, across multiple mail carriers
• Proactively communicates information/instruction to the other receptionists if that information/instruction was
provided when the other receptionists were unavailable to receive it
Customer Service
• Greeting visitors immediately upon their arrival and providing them with exceptional customer service
• Providing excellent customer service and support to internal clients
• Respond to client inquiries for decedent burial location
• Provide support to various requests, such as submitting service requests efficiently, managing the creation and distribution of temporary markers
Maintain the reception area and arrangement offices to ensure they are neat and organized while also restocking necessary items as required
• Oversee and manage the front desk and reception area supplies, ensuring timely communication of any needed items to the Executive Assistant
