We are hiring a part-time Front Desk/Customer Service representative for a year-round outdoor Olympic-sized pool in South Austin. The role offers flexible scheduling, starting at $17/hour, with paid training provided.
Available shifts are weekday mornings (5:30am-9:45am) and afternoons (3:30pm-8pm), totaling 4-12 hours per week, with hours increasing in summer.
The position involves greeting residents, handling customer interactions, and performing outdoor and indoor tasks. Requirements include being 18 or older, punctuality, strong communication skills, attention to detail, familiarity with Google Suite, and physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs. Previous customer service or office experience is preferred.
