In this full-time, in-office role (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm), you'll oversee daily front desk operations while delivering a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders. Some overtime is required during the spring and fall busy tax season.
The Front Desk & Firm Support role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You'll often investigate issues, track down solutions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Working closely with your front desk counterpart and internal teams, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment while building skills that can grow into broader opportunities across the firm.
Some essential functions of the job are but not limited to:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
Experience: 1+ years' prior experience as a front desk coordinator and administrative support in a busy office environment. Preferably a Professional Services firm. You must pass a background check, including a credit check at any time to remain eligible for this position.
Pay Rate Range: $23.58 per hour minimum to $33.01 per hour maximum pay range
