Job Summary

The role of a Guest Service Associate is to represent European Wax Center in a professional and consistent manner as you control and manage the overall flow of the center. You are the first and last impression of the guest's entire experience, so it's important to always maintain a cheerful and positive attitude. You are able to work with a diverse group of people in a detail-oriented and fast-paced service environment. Most importantly, you help educate all of our guests on how they can keep their skin healthy and gorgeous even after they leave the center.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • All opening and closing procedures of the center
  • Managing the flow of guests in and out of the center
  • Managing reservations with accurate scheduling on our booking system
  • Educating all guests on maintaining their skin, our savings programs, and current promotions
  • Maintaining our high standard of service and professionalism at all times
  • Adhering to all state, county, and federal sanitation and health guidelines
  • Making, keeping, and exceeding individual and center goals as set by Center Manager

Qualifications and Skills

  • Multitask with accuracy and expedience
  • Keep a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
  • Desire to always learn, improve, and challenge yourself
  • Work well independently with limited supervision as well as with a team
  • Experience with computers and handling multiple phone lines
  • Any previous sales experience a plus
  • Flexibility with day, evening, and weekend hours
  • Reliability and strong communication
