Must be able to answer multiple phones lines and accurately relaying information.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365; Outlook, Word, Excel
Will be responsible for creating work tickets from instructions given to you by project managers.
Will be responsible for setting up some logistics.
Filing, opening mail, and maintaining your work area will be part of your duties.
Having experience in ERP systems is a huge plus. Our office utilizes SAGE MAS 100.
