Front Office Representative (FOR)

CARJON is looking for the right person to join our front office team.

This is not a quiet desk job where every day looks the same. It's a fast-paced, people-focused role that helps keep the office running smoothly and customers taken care of from the moment they call us.

We're a locally owned, family-run HVAC company that's been serving Rhode Island homeowners for over 35 years, and we care a lot about the team culture we've built along the way.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Help customers with scheduling and questions
• Support the office team throughout the day
• Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Communicate professionally and kindly with customers
• Assist with general front office operations

• Stay organized and detail-oriented
• Communicate well with different personalities

• Can multitask without getting overwhelmed
• Take pride in being dependable and helpful

HVAC experience is helpful, but not required. We can teach the technical side. We're more interested in finding someone with a strong work ethic, good instincts, and the right attitude.
