We’re offering an outstanding opportunity for a new graduate or experienced nephrologist to join a well-established and growing practice in a vibrant coastal community in Northwest Florida.

• Join a team of 4 nephrologists and 3 nurse practitioners
• Busy outpatient clinic and dialysis program with a strong PD/HHD focus
• Single hospital coverage, with a second hospital opening in 2026–2027
• Structured rotations across inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis
• 1:4 call schedule
• 100% nephrology practice

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in nephrology
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Florida
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative mindset
